All of these topics are briefly discussed in the following video by University of Waterloo kinesiology professor Stuart McGill, one of the world’s foremost experts on spine biomechanics.  Dr. McGill provides insight about back injury, exercise, proper lifting, and strengthening the core.  Use this information to correct the wrong ideas you currently have and the mistakes you have been making during your daily routine for way too long!
