Active Release Techniques Update

Both Dr. Bennett and Dr. Polizzi were busy last month further establishing themselves as the preferred Active Release Techniques Providers in suburban Southern Denver and the Highlands Ranch community.  They became the only chiropractors in Douglas County to join the ART Ironman Provider Network, which will allow them the privilege of treating triathletes from all over the world at different Ironman races.  ART has been a major presence at Ironman for the past 24 years and New Heights Chiropractic is proud to have its doctors join their team of providers.  With this exciting news, the reputation of New Heights continues to grow.

But the doctors did not stop there.

Both doctors additionally acquired ART certifications in Long Tract Nerve Entrapments last month that will prove very useful when treating common nerve symptoms like numbness, tingling, and shooting pain.  If you or someone you know are experiencing these issues be sure to get them checked out – ART may be the answer!

Marathon Training with Dr. Bennett

It is hard to believe that the NYC Marathon is less than 2 months away! Dr. Bennett is still training hard and increasing her mileage weekly.  We will be posting a training blog on our website soon, so be sure to check for it!

Last month was fun seeing Kinesio Tape on full display.  Here is a local Albuquerque news story on the increasing popularity of Kinesio Taping Method and its use during the London 2012 Games!
