At New Heights Chiropractic and Rehabilitation, we strive to make care as accessible and transparent as possible. Below is a breakdown of how we work with insurance and alternative payment options.

In-Network Insurance Plans

We are currently in-network for chiropractic services with the following insurance providers:

• Aetna

• Cigna

We also accept:

• Auto accident insurance

• Medicare (assignment accepted)

Insurance Policy Verification

Insurance policies vary significantly, even within the same provider. We strongly encourage all patients to contact our office to verify that your specific plan covers services at New Heights.

With your permission, we are happy to contact your insurance provider on your behalf to verify your chiropractic benefits at no additional cost.

Out-of-Network Policies

As of 2025, we are no longer a participating provider with the following insurance plans:

• BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS)

• UnitedHealthcare

If your insurance plan is out-of-network, you may still have coverage. We encourage you to speak with your provider directly to understand your out-of-network benefits. Upon request, we will gladly provide a superbill to support your reimbursement process.

The following services are not billed to insurance and are offered on a cash-pay basis:

• Massage Therapy

• Acupuncture
